The Quebec Liberals are expected to hold a news conference Monday to announce that Elisabeth Prass, who was riding director for MNA David Birnbaum, will be running to replace him
The Liberals have also found their candidate to replace the retiring David Birnbaum, the MNA for the riding of D Arcy McGee, in the fall general election.
