The Empire in Great Yarmouth is throwing a huge New Years Eve party with live music and DJs.

Live music, DJs and a huge countdown with confetti and balloons will feature at the Empire in Great Yarmouth on New Years Eve.

Ringmaster Jack Jay said the man, who is in his 20s, was conscious after the dramatic fall and may have broken bones, although the full extent of his injuries was not clear.

The footage that has gone viral depicts a horrifying incident where Jay plummeted a staggering 33 feet, equivalent to 10 meters, from a gigantic wheel.

A circus performer who fell from the 30ft wheel of death at the Hippodrome in Great Yarmouth is said to be recovering well.

The acrobat is taken to hospital after the accident on the circus's "giant wheel of death".
