A GROUP of Clydebank school pupils have come together to create a podcast exploring the history and future of the town. Seven teenagers from Clydebank High and St Peter the Apostle High School created “Bankie Blethers” in a bid to engage people in the community throughout the Covid-19 pandemic. The podcast, which is recorded and edited from home, forms part of the Mark Scott Leadership for Life Award - helping participants in their final year at school gain social confidence, communication and organisation skills. Clydebank High pupil Lynsey Marshall, 17, told the Post: “Usually, for the community element of the award, we would go into care homes or primary schools but obviously that’s been a lot more difficult this year because of Covid.
