SLRC, SLBC ink MoU to introduce media culture with core values Daily News (via HT Media Ltd.) The Sri Lanka Rupavahini Corporation (SLRC) and the Sri Lanka Broadcasting Corporation (SLBC) inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to implement a joint programme for introducing a media culture with core values. This programme is being implemented under the instructions of Mass Media Minister, Cabinet Spokesman Dr. Keheliya Rambukwella. The MoU was signed by Director General of the Sri Lanka Rupavahini Corporation Jayampathy Bandara Heenkenda and Director General of the Sri Lanka Broadcasting Corporation Chandrapala Liyanage on Wednesday at the Sri Lanka Broadcasting Corporation premises.
