Relationships going on, maybe from the streets that continue on in here. they might be in different cells and theyll just talk to each other through the cells or whatever. but sexual relationships not too prevalent but any type of physical contact that does occur, it is a violation of jail rules and we do enforce that. we dont know whats go on out there. it could be an assault taking place. it could be consensual. we have to respond so it is just not allowed. >> the latest relationship on the mo...
