The cal train route in half. Thats what happened. The first cal train started rolling by slowly about 45 minutes ago after a fourhour disruption. Behind me you can see pg e workers where a cross arm had burned off. Right now there are 180 customers in san mateo without power and pg e hopes to have them back online by 4 00 a. M.
