BOONTON Family and friends mourned the death of a father two months after his wife and 11-year-old son accidentally drowned in the Rockaway River. On Tuesday, Boonton s Islamic community remembered the life of Zeeshan Hamayun, who died after a battle with cancer. Among those mourning was his 6-year-old son, Unais Ahmed, who in February watched as his mother, Warda Syed, tried to save her older son, Uzair Ahmed, from drowning in the river.  Unais cries at the scene of the accident alerted authorities to the incident.  It s just so painful to see a family have two [incidents ofdeaths in basically 60 days, said Gul Khan, coordinator for the Morris County Islamic Centers and founder of Different Faiths One Family. It s been very tough for the community and their family, especially. It s painful.
