First lets get straight to a developing story coming out of Washington State. Police are searching for at least one shooter who killed five people at a shopping mall. Happened last night before nine at the cascade mall outside seattle. The five victims, four women and one man, were shot inside a macys store. Police have released a photo of the suspected shooter. Who they say is armed and still at large. They are asking people in the city of burlington to stay inside and avoid the mall. The family of a man shot and killed by police in north carolina. Has released cell phone video of the moments leading up to the shooting. Hasnt done anything. He has a tbi. Hes not going to do anything to you guys. He just took his medicine. Keith scott was shot and killed by police earlier this week. Charlottes police chief said he believes scott was holding a gun based on evidence and witness statements. But also said the Police Dash Cam video which he refuses to release is not clear enough to show it.

Students at Walter Johnson junior high will return to school this morning, after school was canceled for three days, due to mercury exposure. brian loftus epa agents checked the school thoroughly to make sure there was no danger to students or staff.
