James Cocke is an artist with end-stage glaucoma. Although his medical condition severely limits his vision, he’s recently found solace in painting. He recently won the Georgia Artists with DisAbilities, Inc. 2022 Distinguished Merit Award for his painting entitled “Cowboys.”
AN OXFORD church has welcomed its first new priest for more than half a century. Reverend James Cocke led All Saints’ Church in Headington for a mammoth 64 years, before retiring 18 months ago. The Bishop of Oxford, Reverend Steven Croft, has now conducted a licensing ceremony to officially appoint Reverend Leon Catallo as the new priest at All Saints’.
