On august 23 of 2015, West Des Moines police found the body of 21yearold tennesse resident Daulton Holly on Raccoon River drive for the past six months, police had been looking for a car in connection with a body found on the side of the road. There was a 1,000 dollar reward for anyone with information on hollys death. Yesterday 37 yearold van meter resident Ronald Hauser turned himself in to police he was arrested today for leaving the scene of an accident resulting in the death of a person and operating a Motor Vehicle while under the influence.
