A low pressure area (LPA) has been spotted off Mindanao but it is outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR), the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said on Sunday.
MANILA, Philippines: The northeast monsoon, locally known as 'amihan' is affecting Luzon while the easterlies are bringing rain over Visayas and Mindanao, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said on Tuesday.
Many areas are expected to have heavy rains in the next three days due to the combined effects of the low pressure area (LPA) and shear line, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said on Sunday.
