The amount of Napa water reaching St. Helena dropped from 53 acre-feet in November to 1.4 acre-feet in December, 0.36 acre-feet in January, 8.9 acre-feet in February, and back up to 55 acre-feet in March, according to the cityâs monthly water reports.
