Until sometime between 7 00 or 8 00. Police have arrested an mta bus driver for a fatal accident in brooklyn. Paul roper is accused of leaving the scene of an accident. Surveillance video shows the bus hit a 70yearold woman, carolyn bell, using her walker to cross the street. The bus went straight for her.
