Itaewon Class. Seo Joon stunned K-fans with a sensitive and layered portrayal of Park Saeroyi, a righteous man who takes on the CEO of the Jangga Group, Mr Jang Dae Hee in a battle of morals and ethics. Fans found themselves cheering for the sensitive, kind and virtuous Park Saeroyi, as he battles various obstacles and challenges to eventually take down the mighty CEO of the Jangga Group, and emerge victorious as a self-made entrepreneur. The talented actor won several accolades for his outstanding performance in the show.

Yoo Jae Myung To Possibly Star in OCN s New Drama Hometown
On the 19th of February, according to Yoo Jae Myung s home agency, Ace Factory, Actor Yoo Jae Myung is positively considering to appear in the forthcoming OCN drama Hometown after receiving an offer as part of the cast. Hometown is another mystery thriller drama that will occur in a small town, depicting the journey of finding the truth behind a recording tape that contains various mysterious killers and sounds that are still unidentified. Previously, it has been reported that actor Uhm Tae Goo is also considering to appear in the drama project.

2020 was an incredible year for Korean dramas and Korean entertainment in general, especially owing to the exponential rise in viewership brought on by the pandemic. Safe to say, if there was anything holding the sanity of millions of people worldwide together, it was the generous flow of fresh new entertainment media on a more than regular basis. Out of this, Korean entertainment formed a huge portion. With new people exposed to K-Dramas, South Korea produced some of the most brilliant works in the past year. We count down the top 10 of all K-Dramas released in 2020 that we still can t get off our minds.
Synopsis
In 2006, high schooler Park Sae-Ro-Yi (Park Seo-Joon) was jailed for 2 years after attempting to kill Jang Geun-Won (Ahn Bo-Hyun). Geun-Won is the son of Jang Dae-Hee (Yoo Jae-Myung) and heir to the Jangga Group (Korea’s largest food corporation). Because of the Jang s influential power, Geun-Won leads a spoiled life and is able to bully people with impunity. Park Sung-Yeol (Son Hyun-Joo), Saeroyi s father, worked for Jangga and sponsored Oh Soo-A s (Kwon Na-Ra) education. Saeroyi had a scuffle with Geun-Won because he bullied Lee Ho-jin, Saeroyi defended Ho-Jin by hitting Geun-Won; it got Saeroyi expelled. Sung-Yeol supported his son and resigned from Jangga; father and son would try to open a bar to restart their lives. One night, Geun-Won irresponsibly crashed and killed Sung-Yeol, but Dae-Hee had someone else take the fall; Saeroyi tried to kill Geun-Won for his father but Soo-A (classmate and first love) stopped him.
