Books are back, Black Cat says - Sherbrooke Record

With the vast majority of its books being in English and in a multitude of genres, the variety of offerings at Black Cat Books often surprises the people who trickle in through the door. This followed a prolonged government mandated closure of non-essential businesses that began in late December. The predominantly English, independent bookstore has been a Lennoxville staple for over 20 years. Owner Janice LaDuke said she is thrilled to be able to once again have customers come inside and enjoy the store the best way possible. “It’s great to have people back. There’s so much serendipity, a place where you come to find one thing and then you get distracted by another book,” she said happily.
