Stocks not doing much. Revenue forecast, certainly concerning. Well talk to jim a lot about that, and well talk a lot about snowflake. That stock is down dramatically this morning, both on guidance and the news that its ceo, Frank Slootman, will be retiring. Suboptimal. Yeah. Suboptimal. Lets start with the inflation data, sort of get that out of the way before we move on. Whats your take on this pce number . In line is cool. Thats the way i look at it. I think that there were a lot of people who thought after the cpi this one would be bad too, and when you look at the progression of the s p futures, david, it really is incredible how negative people are underneath. I mean, when frank was on, frank holland, this morning, he saw the futures just sinking as if the it was a foregone conclusion that the number would be too high. One of the big ripple effects is utilities. Take a look at this chart behind me were seeing the death cross thats what some technicians call it when the shorter term 50day moving average of a stock or etf falls below longer term trend, the 200day average were seeing it with the excel, the spdr sector utility, xlu this does not portend bad things but something to Pay Attention to its not the only that were keeping an eye on. Were seeing some action play out in some parts of the market. Namely in the real estate stocks the vanguard reit index is sinking down to multiyear lows. As we take a look at whats happening with this, its already in correction territory, off about 10 plus the highs we saw a couple years ago well take a look at another part thats perhaps a brighter spot while all these guys are making these multiyear lows, one thats not is the consumer staple sector. This is actually just a stones throw away from alltime highs would you believe it or not, more than half of the index

But both sides failed to agree on conditions for the meeting. Spokesperson john kirby said on sunday that the Obama Administration considered pyongyangs proposal. He said the administration asked north korea to include denuclearization as part of the talks, but the country rejected it. Kirby did not say exactly when north korea made the proposal. Pyongyang has repeatedly asked washington to end what it calls a hostile policy towards it. The u. S. The professor is from the university of shizuoka, and he says after obtaining nuclear capability, they were trying to maintain st
