A neighbor told me that it appears the shooting happened here in this culdesac area at the end of the street. Prince William County police told me this morning in an email both victims are teenagers. The youngest victim just 15 years old. The shots rang out just after midnight. Two victims taken to the hospital. Im told a 19yearold male who was shot in this incident has died.
