Terry Baugh, chief financial officer of D&J Construction in West Monroe, is the 2021 chairman. Baugh takes over for Tom O Neal of O Nealgas, Inc., the immediate past chair. Other officers include:  Jude Melville, president, b1BANK, secretary Jason DeCuir, partner, Advantous Consulting, LLC, treasurer.

Other officers include:  Jude Melville, president, b1BANK, secretary Jason DeCuir, partner, Advantous Consulting, LLC, treasurer. Meagan Shields returns as chair of the Emerging Leaders Council. LABI has a 100-member volunteer board with those directors located throughout the state. It also has regional political action committees that recruit and support candidates who  LABI believes will forward its causes. LABI s professional team is led by President Stephen Waguespack, who is also the chief executive.
