Dave a heavily bandaged left arm after deputy dean cresswell says the driver of the van he pulled over for speeding, got out of hand. A white van, clocked at 71 in a 50, was heading west on lake mary boulevard. Cresswell pulled the van over, but was suspicious of the information provided by the driver.
