The Jasper String Quartet releases 'Insects and Machines' - Vivian Fung's String Quartets - on Sono Luminus, the premiere commercial recording of Fung's Quartets Nos. 1-4. The portrait album was recorded by the Jasper String Quartet (violinists J Freivogel and Karen Kim, violist Andrew Gonzalez, and cellist Rachel Henderson Freivogel).

On Saturday, February 11, 2023 at 7:45pm, the Lafayette String Quartet will perform the world premiere of Vivian Fung's fiery String Quartet No. 5 'Spiraling' at the Philip T. Young Recital Hall at the University of Victoria.

On Monday, May 9, 2022 at 7:30pm, Music Mondays will present a joint concert by the  Jasper Quartet, winners of the Cleveland Quartet Award, and the Jupiter String Quartet – winners of the Banff International String Quartet Competition.The concert will take place at Advent Lutheran Church (2504 Broadway, NY).
