WEEKENDER | Breziliance Kombucha Going with a gut instinct
With a professional background as a swimming coach, East London local Jared Burger is now a small-business owner. Assisted by his mom, Chantal, who is an experienced brewer at SA breweries, Burger, 27, has launched his own kombucha brand: Brezilliance, after returning from his travels. First leaving SA in 2017 to spend 18 months working at an International school in Puket and travelling South East Asia, Burger worked abroad on and off, only returning to SA between contracts.
