The judge presiding over a defamation case against Fox News has admonished its attorneys for potentially withholding evidence and says he is inclined to order an independent review by a special master that could lead to sanctions.

The request by Dominion Voting Systems came a day after its lawyers told the judge that Fox had withheld critical information.
