Either before or during a test. Well, before taking a test or during, theres definitely butterflies in my stomach. I pretty much have to, like, go to the bathroom when im taking it. Um, yeah, pretty much just general anxiety. I get nervous because if i get something wrong itll, like, affect me in some sort of way. Well, i get really, like, flustered and nervous. Sometimes ill, like, start sweating, you know . In fact, some of us get so nervous, it makes it hard to do well on tests. Yeah, it definitely does because when youre nervous, you kind of get fidgety, and you try to rush through because sometimes youve been stuck on one problem for a long time, then you realize you have 20 more problems ahead of you that you have to do, and you only have like five minutes left. [emily] the collision was hard enough to give josh a concussion. Thats a type of injury to the brain. Concussions can be very serious for Young Athletes. [emily] a sudden hit or jolt can cause the brain to bang against the skull. That may set off chemical changes that could damage brain cells. It takes Young Athletes longer to recover from concussions. And if they go back to play too quickly, they can have serious, sometimes Lifelong Health consequences. [emily] thats why more and more teens have instituted strict rules for any player with a head injury. Even with the slightest little tap to the head youll have to go see the trainer, even if youre showing no symptoms, just to make sure that youre okay.
