It's been over a month since the initial findings at the Marlin Animal Shelter where several dogs were found dead and neglected. Marlin citizens got the chance speak with city leaders Friday night.
People were filled with frustration as the city cancelled a highly anticipated public council meeting where many were planning to ask city leaders questions about the animal shelter investigation.
