Turning out to be the big story of today. News 3 is your weather authority. Lets get to Chloe Beardsley with a look at conditions. It feels like we woke up in the Pacific Northwest this morning, and the rain showers, well, theyre starting to taper now. But take a look at this band of moisture really trekking through Southern Nevada throughout the afternoon. As we get in closer, you can see it is lightning up when it comes to showers. Mostly to the east of us, you see right there northeast direction at the moment with the showers coming out of the southwest. Heres a look over the last few hours. Weve seen offandon splashes of showers but more recently things are calming down in las vegas. You see the bulk of the moisture to the northeast of us now. Theres more expected over the next few hours, though. You can see that activity just to the south of us right now. The answer the Regional Transportation Commission celebrating a wrap on construction for the flamingo corridor. Rich is project manager.
