The list totaled 216 persons in the first child named, the 12yearold was a seamstress betty and only became the personal attendant of Martha Washington in 1899. In july of 1951, rosemary woods hired her to join the staff of the newly elected california senator, Richard Nixon. Since then lloyd has been a mainstay of every next in office and campaign, friend of the next a friend of the nixon family and for many years the assistant secretarytreasurer of our foundation board.
