Florence Ann Kleine (nee Brammer) was born on October 9,1945 to Fred and Edith Brammer in Burbank, California. The First Lutheran Burbank was a central part of her life, including her baptism and grade school education where she came to learn of and lean to her Christian faith.
Florence graduated in 1963 from John Burroughs High School in Burbank California. Her graduation culminated rather unusually when President John F Kennedy attended her Senior Prom. Florence attended California State University of Northridge and joined the Tri Delta Sorority. It was in Spanish class where her life changed forever. It was a Spanish anatomy lesson when Florence, a bright and eager student, asked Dave “que tienes en tu corazón?” (What do you have in your heart?). When Dave could not answer, the professor said, “Ah señor, tiene mucho amor por la señorita Brammer!” (You have a lot of love for Miss Brammer in your heart!) She was married to David
