The Orkney magistrate’s court has postponed the murder case of ANC MP Sibusiso Kula until October 23 for the North West director of public prosecutions (DPP) to decide on the transfer of the case to the high court.
ANC MP Sibusiso Kula’s bid to have the murder case against him withdrawn has been dismissed and the matter was postponed to next month in the Orkney magistrate's court.
