Troopers said Dennis Williamson, 41, of Rome, and Jennifer Schellerer, 37, of Holland Patent, were found parked on the side of Route 81 in the town of Mahanoy with their hazard lights on at about 8:16 p.m. Saturday. Mahanoy is located northwest of Philadelphia. The trooper pulled up behind them and got out to check, and said he smelled marijuana and alcohol from within the vehicle.
