However, unlike many before him, he lives to tell the story. Video footage obtained by The Voice shows the President of the Saint Lucia Craft and Dry Goods Vendors Association audibly detailing the events which led to him receiving a gunshot wound to the leg. Scores of curious onlookers, some in disbelief, made their way to the scene on Jeremie Street at approximately 8:00pm to get a glimpse of the wounded vendor.
