ALVORDâTwo more men face charges for their involvement in a theft followed by a high-speed chase Wednesday afternoon, Jan. 20, in Lyon County.
Thirty-five-year-old Judd Moe Tibbetts of Yankton, SD, and 29-year-old Jeremy James Larsen of Sioux Falls, SD, were passengers in a vehicle that reached speeds up to 115 mph while being driven by 41-year-old Scott Alan Flint of Sioux Falls.
Their arrests stemmed from a report that three males took tools from the Ace Hardware store in Rock Rapids and left in a 2021 Hyundai Kona about 1:30 p.m. that day, according to the Lyon County Sheriffâs Office.
The reporting individual followed the SUV until law enforcement located the vehicle traveling west on 210th Street in Alvord.
