The announcement comes a day after the Dearborn native announced he is retiring from PNC Bank, where he has worked in a variety of roles for 31 years.

DeVore, a Dearborn native whose latest role has been regional president of PNC Bank, will be succeeded by Detroit native Michael Bicker.

PNC Bank today announced Ric DeVore will retire as regional president for Detroit and southeast Michigan effective March 31.

PNC Bank and The Kresge Foundation have announced $57.3 million to support renovations on the Marygrove Conservancy campus in Detroit.
