Jerry L. Pierson, 36, was accused of stealing merchandise from the Highland Meijer on Jan. 10 after his co-defendant lit several small fires as a diversion.
Prosecutors allege she set a trio of fires in different parts of the store as she and Pierson stole a TV, sound bar speaker and Shark vacuum they later tried to resell.
