Antonio Oseguera Cervantes, alias "El Tony Montana," the brother of Jalisco cartel boss Nemesio "El Mencho" Oseguera Cervantes, was arrested by the Mexican army on Tuesday, Mexico's Defense Department said.
Documents from Mexico's Ministry of Defense revealed that Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes, also known as "El Mencho," is sharing control of the notorious Jalisco cartel with his two brothers.
A court in Mexico rejected the request of Laisha Oseguera, the daughter of Jalisco cartel boss Nemesio "El Mencho" Oseguera, to suspend an arrest warrant for her.
