Small Town Blessings, a local group formed by Jefresey Grado, Rachel Hernandez, and Jessica Strain, along with a group of various vendors, will host their first Three Days of Festive Delight extravaganza on December 15-17 at the Gaines County Civic Building located at 405 NW 5th Street.
Small Town Blessings, a local group that puts on festivals in the area, attended the Commissioners Court meeting on Tuesday requesting a reduction on the rental rate for the county owned civic building to hold their events.
