Model Carre Sutton was just 17 when she says she was repeatedly raped by one of the industry's most powerful men.

The 53-year-old model is one of at least 11 women to have come forward to accuse the former European head of Elite modelling agency of sexual misconduct.

Dodds served on City Council for 12 years before resigning Tuesday night. Her husband was arrested last week on allegations of sexually assaulting a child.

The criminal complaint describes multiple sex acts committed against the child by Dodds at his home address in Coralville.
