Approved early last year, the plan envisions 22,000 new apartments and condos going up along proposed bus rapid transit routes over the coming decades, a sizeable portion of all new infill development.
“It’s safe to say there’s significant opposition to this proposal,” Theresa Kirkpatrick, who owns two properties adjacent to the planned development, told the municipal planning commission on Tuesday.
