Police are investigating what caused a Willmar, Minnesota male to fall from a third-floor apartment window on Thursday. Felt said in a news release no foul play is suspected but the male suffered "significant injuries."
Willmar Police Chief Jim Felt said the suspect was reportedly combative with hospital staff. The stabbing suspect was taken into custody after being treated for his own injuries.

Jerry Bernard Jones, 33, of Willmar, made his first appearance Thursday, Feb. 15, in Kandiyohi County District Court after being released from medical care. Jones is charged with assaulting an officer with a knife before being shot by that same officer.
