The list below will be updated with new information as we get it. As of 6 a.m. Tuesday, several cars were seen already in line for a food distribution at NRG Stadium. The gates weren t set to open until 7 a.m. and the distribution was set to start at 9 a.m. One woman, who also happens to be the first in line, said she s been there since 2:20 a.m. The woman asked to be kept anonymous, but she did tell ABC13 that she s there because she has four kids, a mother and a brother to feed. Since the winter storm last week, she said she s lost a lot but she s thankful for her neighbors.
