Reopening of B.C. s oldest high school pushed back to 2023 as seismic upgrades continue
Victoria High School was deemed at risk of collapse in a major earthquake and the district is currently in the middle of a $77-million seismic upgrade project that has been extended due to the amount of work required and a shortage of available labourers.
