(NY Architectural Renderings and The Northwind Group) NORTHPORT, NY — The preliminary site plan for a townhouse development at the Indian Hills Country Club in Northport was approved on Wednesday by the Huntington Planning Board. A 74-luxury condo project, estimated to cost between $50 million and $60 million, would make housing available for people 55 and over to purchase, Jim Tsunis, founder of The Northwind Group, told Patch.
