Wayne Dixon, age 90, was born on March 20, 1930, in Yukon, Mo., to Charley and Nora (Chambers) Dixon, one of 10 children. He passed away on Dec. 21, 2020, at Houston House. Wayne attended the Yukon School through the seventh grade. After breaking his leg, he stayed home to work on the farm with his mother while his father worked out.
