JoAnn Frazier (85) passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday November 14, 2023. The family will receive friends at Jefferson Memorial Trussville on Tuesday Nov. 21st from 11:00am to Noon with Chapel Service at 12:00 noon. JoAnn is survived by her Son, Chris Frazier (Melissa), Daughter, Genie Woodard (Jonathan), two Grandchildren, Christen Scott (Matthew), Justin
