Coronis Franchise Director Jodie Stainton, has said it’s time for women working in the property management industry to take back the power and back themselves.
“The property management industry roughly consists of 80% women and 20% males, yet when it comes to the people in charge making all the decisions in franchises and agencies, for some reason it’s 80% men and only 20% women, which I can’t understand in this day and age,” Ms Stainton said.
“It s been reported that 30% of all property managers leave the industry and our research says it’s because they’re some of the most underappreciated, undervalued and underpaid people in an agency, which is heart breaking.
