Officers say they first spotted the man in a car, at 69th and international in east oakland. The driver then led them across town to west oakland, where he crashed at 27th street and Martin Luther king way. However, there are questions about how the investigation was conducted, who was interviewed, who was not. Fighting back against corruption claims, Prince Georges County schools gave us this report.
