A Texas man filed a lawsuit for wrongful death and conspiracy against three women who allegedly helped his ex-wife obtain chemical abortion pills, the first case of its kind after the U.S. Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade last June.
With the issue mostly deadlocked in Washington, the focus is shifting to states convening their first full legislative sessions since Roe v. Wade was overturned.
