LAKEWOOD — When the Palisade High School football team defeated Northridge in the first round of the Class 3A playoffs, they bought themselves another week together.
With a decades-long playoff streak on the line, the Palisade High School football team came through and throttled Glenwood Springs 42-8 on Friday night at Stocker Stadium.
For a brief moment, it looked as if Eagle Valley High School was going to stick it to Palisade in its homecoming game on Friday night at Stocker Stadium.
