into a river. police say this woman, shaquan duley, first told police that the children drowned when the car crash under to the river. then the story changed. duley confessed the children were already dead by the time the car hit the water. she was unemployed and police say she was distraught over money problems. she is fed up with her mom telling her that she couldn t take care of the children or she wasn t taking care of the children and she just wanted to be free. joey barr with wis joins us from orangeburg county, south carolina, with the latest on this. jody, a terrible story to hear these details on the confession from the mom. what more do we know that she is telling police? what the sheriff told us this morning, late last night investigators finally were able to pull that confession out of shaquan duley.
