MEDIA A child care facility is facing a lawsuit after an employee suffered severe injuries after falling and striking her head.
Johanna Albert and Nicholas Albert filed a complaint May 18 in the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County against St. Martin s Church, St. Martin s Church, Radnor and John Does 1-5 alleging negligence and premises liability.
According to the plaintiff s complaint, Johanna Albert was working for Les Petits Cherubs on King of Prussia Road in Radnor on Aug. 5, 2020. She alleged that as she was attempting to leave the basement, she slipped on an unknown substance and fell and struck her head on the circuit breaker box.
