Shane Teslik’s girlfriend testified Thursday he threatened to kill Devonna Walker and called her a racial slur before she assaulted him and then he stabbed her in January 2023.
A judge denied moving the trial out of Linn County for Shane Teslik who is accused of fatally stabbing Devonna Walker last year. According to the ruling, Teslik didn’t prove he couldn’t get a fair trial and impartial jury in Linn County.
